WHAT TO BRING: BUYERS -

I. Valid photo identification

II. Your insurance information, including declaration page and paid receipt

III. Information on the sale of your former home

IV. Any "loan conditions" that your loan officer requested that you bring to closing

V. Cashier's check for any money due from you. (We cannot take a personal check for any amount over $500.00). If your closing package is a "last minute" one, bring the amount on your "Good Faith Estimate". Make the check payable to yourself and you will endorse it over to our office at closing.
